charming area with parks and historic landmarks around
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the beautiful surroundings with academy green park just a short walk away and the fascinating life of the city right outside my door with plenty of delicious restaurants like vincenzo's pizzeria that served fantastic slices just steps away. it truly made my weekend city strolls unforgettable.

stunning room designs, high-quality bedding and linens, unique character from the building's history
No elevators!!! The steep stairs made lugging my bags a hassle, and the lack of reliable Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating for staying connected!!!

it’s truly shocking that I got no special acknoledgment as a guest. I couldn’t reach the front desk, and walking 4 blocks in 12 degrees was less than ideal. breakfast service was lamentable, nothing worse than waiting for help. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, it’s the little things that count, right?

Fresh air from open windows was great. Bar area was too small for comfort.

The King Room was spacious and cozy, with a well-stocked selection of snacks—perfect for those late-night cravings. Plus, the renovation was impressive, giving the space a fresh, stylish vibe. And let’s not forget the breakfast spread, featuring delightful pastries and quality coffee to kickstart your day.
A little hiccup during check-in had us waiting 25 minutes, and the front desk phone was MIA when we needed help. For about $350 a night, I expected smoother sailing.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I was completely enchanted by the stunning room designs, with high ceilings that made the space feel expansive and luxurious. The delightful continental breakfast was a perfect start to my day, featuring flaky pastries and ripe fruits. Plus, the unique atmosphere of the beautifully renovated old bank building offered a rare historical character that added depth to my stay.
